Welcome to FOREIGN 4N. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FOREIGN 4N LLC (“FOREIGN 4N”).
FOREIGN 4N operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Certain FOREIGN 4N products may be released in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and a product appearing in a customer’s cart does not necessarily reserve that product until the order has been successfully completed and accepted.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from FOREIGN 4N. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

Once an order has been accepted or entered into processing, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.

FOREIGN 4N is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by customers, or other events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Any issues involving lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages will be handled in accordance with applicable law, our posted policies, and any applicable carrier procedures.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and additional processing times.

FOREIGN 4N is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and FOREIGN 4N.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for sales made between you and FOREIGN 4N, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased from FOREIGN 4N.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising directly from your transactions with FOREIGN 4N.
